Join us for an intimate wellness experience designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your energy. Together we’ll journey through each chakra using intentional yin yoga, guided journal reflection, breathwork, and aromatherapy.
Each guest will receive a chakra essential oil roll-on set to support their healing both during and after the experience.
This is for the woman who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, overstimulated, or simply ready to slow down and pour back into herself.
