Join us for an evening of Intentional Yin Yoga beneath the open sky — a gentle journey through the Solar Plexus Chakra, home of your confidence, purpose, and personal power.
We’ll begin with a grounding massage to help open you up for the experience — allowing your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your energy to flow freely.
And as we close, you’ll receive a soothing massage to seal your practice — locking in your intention and leaving you in a state of calm, radiant peace.
