The Heart Awakens: Yin & Self-Love Experience
Step into a transformative evening designed to open, soften, and energize your heart — mind, body, and soul. The Heart Awakens is an immersive 1 hour 45 minute experience blending intentional Yin yoga, meditation, and soulful self-reflection, paired with rituals to honor and release what no longer serves you.
Experience Flow:
Opening Massages – Begin by releasing tension and opening your body to receive.
Yin Yoga Flow (50 minutes) – Gentle, mindful postures to activate and expand your heart chakra, paired with intention-setting and breath guidance.
Closing Massage & Ritual – Seal your practice with a soothing touch and a warm, heart-chakra–infused essential oil towel.
